Overnight Accommodations:  March 25 & 26, 2026:

Embassy Suites, Saratoga Springs. The cutoff date for registering for overnight rooms is March 5, 2026.  Please reserve your room before this date to secure the group rate. The hotel will honor the group rate prior to this date. Please note that hotel rooms might be sold out prior to the cutoff date. You are encouraged to book your room well in advance.  Single/Double accommodations are $144.00 plus tax.
