Nursing Home Medicaid UPL Report

Attached, for your information, is NYSHFA’s Press Statement regarding the attached Report by CliftonLarsonAllen stating that New York has an additional $2,693,516,127 in room available to skilled nursing facilities to increase Medicaid rates without violating any of the federal UPL principles.
