Round Two No-cost Infection Prevention & Control Supplies Opportunity

Some of you will begin to see deliveries of your supplies starting to arrive very soon.

As there are remaining funds still available, we will be accepting additional orders for the rest of this week for any facilities who are interested in placing a second order.

To be considered for additional supplies at no-cost to your facilities, please fill out the attached order and submit it for consideration as soon as possible but no later than Friday, March 8, 2024 at 3pm. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer Glo Germ products for this round.

We cannot guarantee that all second orders will be fulfilled as we don’t have an exact dollar amount of the remaining funds. Please submit your order to:  NH_orders@health.ny.gov

We will notify you whether or not we can process your second order.
