Capital Attestation Deadline Approaches

A reminder the 2022 Capital Attestation deadline is this Friday, May 13, 2022. Below is the DOH notification:

Please be advised that the 2022 Nursing Home Capital Preview Rates, Dear Administrator Letter (DAL), attestation form, mortgage database and supporting attestation documents (2022 Capital Review Rate Sources and 2022 Capital Rate Attestation Request) have been posted to the Health Commerce System in the Healthcare Finance Data Gateway Publications in the collection of NH Rate Sheets 4/2009-Forward, package name 2022 Capital Preview Rates.

The signed 2022 Capital Preview Rate Attestation form and if applicable, the completed attestation request form (along with necessary documentation) must be submitted via email to nfrates@health.ny.gov by COB Friday, May 13, 2022. The subject line of the email should state “2022 Capital Preview Rate Attestation”

If you do not have access to the Health Commerce System (HCS), please contact your HCS account coordinator.
