Staffing Mandate Mitigation Submissions

Several providers have received requests from the DOH regarding their 3.5 staffing mandate mitigation submissions. The Department has set a 3-day deadline to respond. At NYSHFAs request, they are granting extensions for any reasonable circumstances. Additionally, NYSHFA will be working with the DOH to better streamline the process going forward. Any extension requests should be sent to NHSafeStaffing@health.ny.gov.
