ADHC 2022 Rates Posted

Please be advised that the 2022 Nursing Home Adult Day Health Care Rates, Dear Administrator Letter (DAL), and miscellaneous spreadsheet showing the calculation of the final rate have been posted to the Health Commerce System in the Healthcare Finance Data Gateway Publications in the collection NH Rate Sheets, package named (2022 ADHC January & April Rates), and can also be found on the DOH website at: https://www.health.ny.gov/facilities/long_term_care/reimbursement/adhc/

The payment will be made in cycle 2358, check release date November 16, 2022. If you have questions regarding the rates, please send an email with “2022 ADHC Rate Inquiry” in the subject line to nfrates@health.ny.gov and a member of our team will respond to your inquiry.
