PHHPC Ad Hoc Committee on Nursing Home Certificate of Need Meeting

On Monday, November 3rd, the PHHPC Ad Hoc Committee on Nursing Home Certificate of Need will be holding the 2nd of four planned meetings via webcast. The two focus areas for this meeting will be (1) determining the adequacy of finances to support short- and long-term financial sustainability; and (2) Related party transactions. Representatives from the DOH will be presenting on the adequacy of finances discussion and representatives from the Office of the Attorney General Medicaid Fraud Control Unit will be presenting on the related party transactions discussion.
