DOH Revises Minimum Wage Survey – Extends Deadline

DOH has revised the 2022 SNF Minimum Wage survey to adapt to recent changes in the NYS labor law. The survey now includes certain upstate areas.

The survey deadline has been extended until October 29, 2021.

Below is the DOH announcement:

“Dear Provider,

In light of recent changes to the New York State Labor Law as it pertains to minimum wage, the Department has updated the Nursing Homes Survey. The survey now include areas of the state outside of the five NYC counties, Long Island and Westchester. The link to the nursing homes survey remain the same as in the DAL: https://survey.alchemer.com/s3/6477176/Nursing-Home-Minimum-Wage-Survey-2022  For questions relating to the NH minimum wage survey please send an email to NFrates@health.ny.gov .

Please be advised that the due date for the survey has been extended to October 29, 2021.
