We would like to remind you that the 1st Quarter 2022 Statistical Information Report must be submitted by April 30, 2022. The Dear Administrator Letter (DAL) for the 1st Quarter 2022 Statistical Information Report, as well as companion guide material, are available online at https://health.ny.gov/facilities/adult_care/dear_administrator_letters/.
DOH also accommodated the new administrator backup role for this QSIR, thereby allowing the backup administrator to submit the QSIR.
