Log on to the HCS portal:

• Select Data Entry
• Select Facility
• Select 2020 ACF Annual Financial Report

To find the related Dear Administrator Letter (DAL) 21-21 and the six attachments:

• Select My Content;
• Select Documents by Group;
• Select Long term Care;
• Select Dear Administrator Letter;
• Select 2021;
• And select ACF
