Update Your HCS Contact Info

The Department of Health is urging communities to update their emergency contact information in HCS and to include a cell phone number for afterhours and in the event of an emergency. If there is an emergency, it is crucial that the Department be able to contact someone who is in charge. Please do not include a standard corporate number that would not allow the Department to reach someone at the community.

Establish a routine of regularly updating contact information, including staff changes or updating when someone is on vacation and unreachable.

Attached are instructions on how to update contact information in HCS.
