Reminder- ACF Financial Report Due May 31st
In December of 2023, the Department of Health posted DAL 23-24 – 2022 ACF Annual Financial Report (attached), which mentions a due date of May 31, 2024 for ACFs using a calendar year as their fiscal year.
The ACF Annual Financial report must be submitted via the HCS for all ACFs whose current operator has been in operation for six (6) months or more during calendar year 2022 as well as ACFs that underwent a change of operator between related ACFs during calendar year 2022.
The 2022 ACF Annual Financial Report can be found in the HCS.
HCS Home Page, Click My Applications → click HERDS → click Data Entry and then select an Activity → 2022 Annual Financial Report.
Please note the ACF Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Certification must be completed by all ACFs with 26 beds or more.
