NYS DOH Reminder regarding the ACF Financial Report

The New York State Department of Health has sent a reminder out regarding the May 31, 2021 due date for the ACF Financial Report issued in DAL #20-20.  NYSCAL and the other associations sent letter to the DOH regarding this issue.  DOH’s response is attached stating that no extensions will be granted.
