Wage Parity Requirements

For all LHCSA and CHHA members, by June 1st 2021 and annually thereafter, all MMCO, MLTC plans as well as CHHAs, LTHHCPs, LHSCAs and Fiscal Intermediaries must submit to the department electronically through the eMedNY Provider portal, a certification of compliance with the updated wage parity requirements. The policy guidance informs implementation of the changes to Public Health Law. The guidance is located on the DOH Wage Parity website at https://www.health.ny.gov/health_care/medicaid/redesign/mrt_61.htm under “official notices”.
