Home Care Cost Reports – Coming This Week
On Friday, May 30th, the 2024 Home Care Cost Reports will be available and sent to providers by a KPMG email address. Providers will have 90 days to complete the cost report, making them due by August 29, 2025. LHCSAs and CHHAs must complete this report.

Home Care Dashboard by DOH and KPMG
There are useful tools, including a pre-recorded webinar that are accessible though the Dashboard.
For users who completed the 2019-2023 Home Care Cost Reports, the login credentials for the Web-based Tool will be the same. If you forgot your password, please click the “Forgot Password?” link on the Web-based Tool login page. You will then be sent an email containing the steps to reset your password.
