DOH Issues DAL #22-36 Plan of Correction Checklist

DOH issued DAL #22-36 on November 21, 2022 announcing a Plan of Correction Checklist that will assist providers when submitting POCs.  It is recommended that Administrators and those with the Health Commerce System (HCS) POC Submitter role review the documents and refer to them when developing a POC to ensure all components are addressed.
