Face Coverings for COVID-19 Prevention

Pursuant to the authority vested in the Public Health and Health Planning Council and the Commissioner of Health by Sections 201, 206, and 225 of the Public Health Law, Title 10 (Health) of the Official Compilation of Codes, Rules and Regulations of the State of New York is amended by repealing Subpart 66-3 and repealing and replacing Section 2.60, to be effective upon filing with the Secretary of State.  See full regulation and regulatory impact statement here…
