Program Objectives:

  • Attendees will be able to identify upper and lower respiratory tract infection sites and associated organisms.
  • Attendees will be able to describe how to access pneumonia severity assessment resources.
  • Attendees will be able to identify empiric bacterial pneumonia treatment regimens, including duration of therapy.
  • Attendees will be able to list treatment options for COVID infection, including time to start.
  • Attendees will participate in analysis of a pneumonia case study.
