Statewide Health Care Facility Transformation Program IV & V Funding Now Available

Statewide Health Care Facility Transformation Program IV and V funding for projects related to health information technology, cybersecurity, and telehealth transformation is now available. The application due date is March 13 at 4pm ET with an anticipated award date of July 1. Any questions on the RFA itself must be received no later than January 26.

Eligible projects include those that can demonstrate improved quality of care, patient outcomes and patient experience; projects that contribute to the integration, preservation or expansion of essential health care services in the community; projects that benefit Medicaid or Medicare enrollees and uninsured individuals; and, among other things, projects that enhance the patient experience via streamlined intake and discharge tools.
