DOH: 2nd Update Regarding Licensure Requirements for Out-of-State Licensed RNs and LPNs With Domestic Education Who Wish to Apply for NYS Licensure

With the pending expiration of Executive Order 4, the State Education Department’s Office of the Professions (OP) created easy to reference 1-page instructional documents that lay out the licensure requirements for out-of-state licensed RNs and LPNs with domestic education who wish to apply for NYS licensure. The OP website also provides helpful “Requirements at a Glance” checklists for Physicians, Clinical Laboratory Technologists, Social Workers and Mental Health Practitioners.
