DOH: Disable of Health Commerce System (HCS) Inactive Accounts
In order to comply with New York State Account Management/Access Control Standard (NYS-S14-013), any user account that has not logged into HCS in 1096 days (three years) will be disabled starting January 1st, 2024.
Please reach out to all your users in your organizations to ensure they recently logged into to HCS (https://commerce.health.state.ny.us/), verified and updated their contact information. Please make sure you remove any users that are no longer at your organization by using the Coordinators Update Tool.
You can use the Communications Directory Search and Export Tool to determine when your users have last logged into HCS.
If any users have issues logging to HCS, please have them reach out to Commerce Accounts Management Unit (CAMU) at 866-529-1890 or camu@health.ny.gov.
