DOH Reschedules Capital Attestation Webex

DOH has rescheduled the 2023 Capital Attestation Webex to next Thursday, November 3, 2022 at 11:00 am. The Webex link is https://meetny-events.webex.com/meetny-events/j.php?MTID=ma4c474da2883971c67c665f487fea075

Attached is the DAL, which references the comprehensive workbook, including the required forms for disagreement of the 2023 Capital Preview rates. DOH urges providers to submit questions in advance of the Webex at nfrates@health.ny.gov. All attestation forms are due by COB Wednesday, November 30, 2022.
