On August 3, 2023, the NYSDOH began sending letters of noncompliance with the Minimum Staffing Regulations to Skilled Nursing Facilities. Please join us this Thursday, August 10th at 10:00 am to discuss strategies in submitting a Request for Redetermination, or Application for Penalty reduction.
