DOH: Statewide Appeals Processing Guidance

In response to questions regarding operating appeals submitted on the 12/08/2008 publication date, to be reviewed in conjunction with the Statewide Appeals Processing Program, please see the attached letter issued on 9/16/2009. Operating appeals submitted on this appeal publication date we deemed invalid as those operating rates appealed, were never paid. Further information can be found in the attached letter on page 3 under the Appeals heading.
