IMPORTANT REMINDER: Comments to the Public Health and Health Planning Council (PHHPC)

Attached is a revised PHHPC comment letter prepared by NYSHFA regarding the draft 70/40/5 Spending and 3.5 Staffing Mandate regulations. This revised draft letter does not require facility specific financial data. If you haven’t done so already, please take the time to complete the letter and submit to PHHPC.

Also, below is a link to NYSHFA’s VoterVoice where you can electronically submit your comments to PHHPC. If you are sending a hard copy letter, it is imperative that a copy of your PHHPC comment letter also be emailed to Comments@nyshfa.org.

It is imperative that you complete this letter ASAP and e-mail it to PHHPC.
