Updated Community Resource Guide
The Department of Health posted the updated May 2023 Community Resource Guide (attached). A similar guide was emailed to members with the 30-Day Notice DAL (DAL DACF 24-15) on April 9th. There is a change in the cover page and page numbering. You should use this updated guide.

- Page 8 explains how to use the document.
- You will need to identify the county where your community is located, and the surrounding counties (page 9) and give the resident/resident representative information on legal and advocacy services (information is in the document).
- If you’re uncertain about specific counties, it’s advisable to provide them with more information rather than less—you can share the entire document if you’d prefer.
