Update on New Submission Process for Operator & CPA Certifications accompanying the 2022 ACF Annual Financial Report
In revised DAL# 23-24 dated December 11, 2023, the New York State Department of Health announced the roll out of the 2022 Annual Financial Report for Adult Care Facilities (ACF) on the Health Commerce System (HCS). ACFs operating on a calendar year basis must submit their reports by May 31, 2024 (for ACFs following a fiscal year, the deadline is the 15th day of the sixth calendar month after the fiscal year’s end. If this falls before May 31, 2024, then the due date is May 31, 2024). The communication included additional details and new web links for submitting the Operator & CPA Certifications. *NOTE: A CPA Certification must be completed by ACFs with 26 or more beds.
