COLA Increase DAL – DACF #24-08

The Department of Health posted the attached DAL – DACF #24-08: 2024 Supplemental Security Income Cost of Living Adjustment (and Benefit Chart) on January 8, 2023.

The purpose of this letter is to inform Administrators and Operators of adult care facilities of impending increases in the 2024 Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Safety Net benefits provided to residents of such facilities as a result of the 3.2% federal cost of living increases scheduled for January 1, 2024.
